At Musashino University, they are dedicated to supporting students in every possible way to help them achieve their academic aspirations. The university has developed its own enhanced learning cycle that fosters student growth and development through a cyclical repetition of four steps: asking questions, thinking/acting, shaping, and reviewing.
In the first year, students widen their vision, acquire skills, and gain capabilities for taking action through the
Musashino INITIAL, a university-wide basic course that fosters fundamental capabilities for learning. Students connect the foundation of skills acquired in the first year to studies in specialized courses from the second year onwards.
Musashino University is also taking the lead, ahead of other universities in making AI basics a university-wide mandatory subject. Through experience with AI-powered tools, students consider how they can make use of AI in their future fields of activity. They believe this experience will provide students with powerful tools to aid them in whatever field they may pursue.
